Friday5:00 PM - 6:00 PM registration Honigs will be at the clinic to show and sell equipment, from 5 to 8 PM. Bring your check books and credit cards! 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM clinic 9:00 PM - whenever, Papa's Pizza Registration will be from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the clinic will start promptly at 6:00 PM. It is very important that everybody attend. Friday night we will be going over all of the drills and answering most questions. This will give everybody more time to practice the drills on Saturday. Come in comfortable clothes. You will be participating in a few drills but no one will break a sweat on this day, just be free to move your arms and legs. After the agenda is covered we will break for a No-Host meet and greet at a location that will be posted later here. SaturdayClinic 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with lunch in the middle) This will be a busy and full day. Your efforts to help keep us on schedule will help immensely. All students are to wear comfortable clothes, you WILL be sweating today. All students are to wear BLUE shirts. This will help the instructors and the participants in the drills and you will understand better at the clinic. DO NOT wear red, green, or orange shirts. You may wear a uniform but not required. You will need all of your gear. There may be some available to borrow but there is no guarantee. Males MUST wear a protective cup for cage drills. Sunday9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Try to move around - Drills in the morning Lunch (TBD) Drills and demonstrations in the afternoon. Feed Back forms, please fill one out before you leave. You may also give additional feed back via e-mail thought this web site. Your feed back is one of the most important things you can do this weekend. We are constantly trying to improve the experience and your input does help. Good or bad we need to know to try to make this clinic the best in the west. Students need to be at the Field House prior to all start times to check in and prepare for the training that day. It is recommended that all students stretch properly for all drills. Each student is responsible for themselves and knowing when they are meeting their physical limitations. If you have any medical conditions where you would need special medical attention or medication notify a staff member upon check in. If you have any troubles with lodging or meals please notify us, we may not be able to help but we may be able to give you some guidance. This will also give us information to pass to others on what to stay away from. |
