RockyApril 21st 1997 - August 21st 2005Our Buddy!Was our Chocolate Labrador Retriever. He was a mild mannered and very loving friend. He didn't lick but pushes his nose and lips against you as he shows affection. We believed he was trying to mimic kissing. Rocky was born April 21st 1997 on a farm in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. His parents were two farm Labradors one Chocolate (dad) and a Yellow Lab (Mom). They were given the opportunity as two farmers wanted to see what type of litter they would have. Rocky was the last puppy to leave the farm and was a great addition to our family on July 4th 1997! He passed in our home where he in his last moments was trying to care for Carissa.
